Eurofins Environment Testing Australia New Zealand is an Environmental testing network of fully accredited laboratories. With a staff of over 200 our laboratories are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Auckland and Christchurch, with Client Service Offices located in Adelaide, Darwin, Newcastle and Wollongong. We also operate field sampling services out of Melbourne and Sydney. We specialise in all areas of Environmental analysis, including Contaminated Soil, Sludge, Sediments, Leachate, Soil Vapour, Trade Waste Effluents, Sewage Effluents, Stack Emissions, Work Place Air, Ambient Air, Dust, Drinking Water, Surface Water run off, River & Stream Monitoring, Seawater, and Groundwater.
Job Description
Eurofins Environment Testing is seeking a strategic and growth-focused Marketing Manager to join our team. In this evolving role, you will spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with our sales plans, fostering market growth and revenue enhancement throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a detailed marketing strategy to solidify our market presence and drive business growth, in close collaboration with the Pre-Contracts Manager and other key stakeholders (MD, GMs, BDs etc.)
- End-to-end event planning and coordination, with a focus on strategic value-adding and ensuring attendance by the right people. Events will include but may not be limited to trade shows, conferences, exhibitions and other marketing campaigns.
- Conduct strategic analytics research and reporting, optimising use of digital platforms and maximizing outputs.
- Oversee the planning, writing, editing, and proofreading of various communication materials to a high standard, and building our SharePoint Marketing Hub/Library.
- Supporting tenders, quotations, and presentations, with templates, graphic elements, reviewing, editing and finessing the look and feel of these and other documents.
- Direct social media management, aligning content with brand objectives, and handling scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
- Champion the Go-To-Market planning and execution process for new services/products.
- Work in collaboration with other team members of the Pre-Contracts team e.g. Data Analyst and Commercial Analyst, to develop customer, competitor and other market data and analytics to support robust, winning strategies and decisions.
- Day-to-day marketing administration duties.
- Manage and mentor a Marketing Coordinator, to optimise support of marketing activities and the Marketing Coordinator’s growth and development as a Marketing professional.
About You:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications.
- Exceptional written communication and promotional content creation skills.
- Creative and innovative in extending market reach and positioning.
- Engage with all organizational levels for objectives and solutions.
- Manage multiple projects with excellent time management skills.
- Results-driven with a positive attitude and high attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of social media, photo, and video editing software.
- Advanced knowledge of graphic design and software.
- Advanced computer literacy, including MS Suite, Adobe and MailChimp.
