About the role
Reporting to the Project Manager you will effictely manage the administration and support of a portfolio of repair claims. Working on a broad range of projects in the $20,000 to $100,000 range, you will be responsible for providing support to our project delivery team, including but not limited to the following:
- Handling high volume inbound and outbound calls.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Preparation of project documentation.
- Scheduling appointments and diary management.
- Liaise with Project Manager daily.
- Register new jobs.
- Ensure regular client updates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Accurate preparation of invoices to ensure compliance with contracts
- Assist with Trade Onboarding and Compliance.
About you
To be considered for this position you will have a dedicated level of experience in a Repair Coordinator or similar role in the insurance building industry and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Results focused and self-driven nature.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Develop relationships with clients and subcontractors.
