United Petroleum is an independent, Australian owned leading petrol and convenience company which offers customers premium quality fuels and competitive pricing Australia-wide.
We are seeking a versatile and talented Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator to manage and coordinate work across United Petroleum sites nationally; whilst delivering on multiple projects across affiliate brands and businesses.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and proposing Planned Maintenance programs that will deliver a commercial and/or operational benefit to United
- Budget planning, analysis and reporting
- Appointing, monitoring and supervision of subcontractors delivering maintenance, renovations and general upgrades/ building works across Australia; whilst ensuring work is delivered as specified in work orders
- Managing completion of urgent and critical maintenance issues within the region on a 24/7 basis
- Troubleshoot and quickly escalate delays or issues arising from any work orders
- Utilisation of the United CMMS to ensure all data is captured and reported appropriately
- Review, inspect and sign off completed work orders assuring quality and specification are met
- Maintain WH&S on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
- Liaising with internal Property, Real Estate, Construction, Signage and Repairs and Maintenance staff
You will be highly motivated, thrive on taking ownership and will pride yourself on optimum service delivery. Previous exposure to Petroleum and/or convenience retail industries will be highly regarded.
You will need:
- Trade background; engineering or building qualifications
- A minimum three-years experience managing or coordinating Repairs and Maintenance
- Experience in multiple site facilities/building maintenance
- Strong computer skills - MS Office, email; experience with CMMS highly regarded
- Strong decision making skills to lead
- Ability to interpret pricing and quotations
- Competent in reading building plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and build relationships internally/externally
Must be willing to work Saturday mornings and be on call after hours.
