About the Role
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for integrating data, develop, maintain and improve operational report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and provide analysis as required.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain reporting databases and perform updates as necessary
- Develop and examine data to locate and resolve anomalies
- Collect and analyse data for reports
- Create effective business reports that provide insight
- Support the wider business through relevant analysis and reporting
- Develop creative solutions to complexities in the analysis.
We are a reasonably agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience working in a Managed Service Environment
- Skilled in Splunk, PowerBI and ServiceNow reporting.
- Experience or willingness to become proficient in extracting and using meaningful Aternity data.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical, and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results
- Strong Technical documentation skills
- Ability to frequently interact and network with a variety of stakeholders in own area of expertise
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organisational goals
- Strong consultative and planning skills
- The successful candidate must be based in Canberra, Melbourne or Adelaide and Must Hold a current Baseline Clearance
