Reporting Analyst

The Company:

inclusive work environment is currently looking for a skilled Reporting Analyst.
The Role:
As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights. Your
responsibilities will span data analysis, business intelligence, and ensuring the integrity and quality of
our data.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:

• Perform complex analytical and problem-solving activities to identify potential issues and

business improvement opportunities.

• Compile and present research findings to management.

Business Intelligence:

• Utilize Business Intelligence tools and SQL for data analysis and reporting.

• Experience with Qlik Sense or other BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is highly regarded.

Data Quality and ETL:

• Maintain a strong focus on ensuring data quality.

• Understand the ETL framework, databases, and reporting/data visualization tools.

Business Acumen:

• Apply demonstrable business acumen to ensure reporting aligns with business objectives.

Communication and Presentation:

• Possess good presentation skills to clearly communicate complex ideas in an

understandable manner.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage and influence internal and external

stakeholders.
Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Commerce, Business, or a relevant

discipline OR extensive industry practical and demonstrated experience.

• Experience in a similar role for a commercial organization.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools.

• Understanding of ETL framework, databases, and reporting/data visualization tools.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in AI, machine learning, or RPA is highly regarded.
