Research Administrative Assistant

Nightingale Research operates from spacious, modern premises in Hutt Street Adelaide, with services available to the wider community through locations in Goolwa and Mawson Lakes. 

The Role:

Reporting to the practice manager, this role is responsible for providing exceptional clinical trial support to the Research department.

You will support our Clinical Coordinators, nurses and practitioners primarily at our Hutt St location, within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Duties include:

• Prepare for patient research visits
• Attend to patient bookings, appointments and enquiries
• Collate data, create invoices, process billing and update financial spreadsheets
• Provide regular reports to management
• Send patient consents
• Ensure regulatory trial information is current
• Ensure maintenance and calibration of lab equipment
• Maintain logbooks and inventory

About you:

• Experience in an administrative role or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• The ability to work productively both autonomously and within a team
• Strong organisational skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Show initiative, honesty and integrity
• Ability to work with confidential information
• Proficient in the use of IT, including MS Office - particularly Excel
• Proficient in medical terminology 
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes and guidelines would be highly beneficial, but not required
• Experience with Healthtrack would be an advantage
• Valid National Police Check
