We are a family owned and operated business and have been servicing the south coast of NSW for over 30 years to provide reliable plumbing services to residential, commercial and industrial projects. Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- A sound understanding of Microsoft 365 software systems such as excel and Word
- Previous experience using Xero accounting software would be desirable
Tasks & responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Assist lead office administrator with delegated tasks both routine and time sensitive
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
