About the Role The role will report professionally and operationally to the relevant Allied Health Department Director (e.g. Director of Physiotherapy if the successful application is a Physiotherapist). Project oversight will be provided by the research Principal Investigator, who will provide day to day supervision on Research Assistant duties and responsibilities. Manage research tasks using effective time management and prioritisation skills, including clinical and non-clinical responsibilities and the maintenance of accurate patient records and documentation. Liaise and work effectively in a professional manner with participants and their carers, other health professionals, students and external agencies to achieve requirements of research project, utilising negotiation and conflict resolution skills as required. Participate in research/clinical trial monitoring and auditing internally and externally as required to meet regulatory and scientific requirements.
