This is an exciting opportunity to work on a highly novel and collaborative project investigating the translation of CAR T-cell therapy to the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. Our lab uses intravital microscopy to systematically define the cellular changes inside the tumour microenvironment that facilitate efficient T cell entry in tumours.
