About the Role
Whitehaven Coal have a new exciting opportunity in our People Logistics team for an Accommodation and Flights Coordinator. The role will manage a small team to assist in the customer service for Accommodation and Flights for our Blackwater and Daunia operations team. This will be a Brisbane based role Monday to Friday, on-call every 4 weeks (out of business hours and weekend – minimal phone calls typically expected).
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the People Logistics Superintendent your role will consist of:
- Review and approve invoices, prepare forecasts and accruals
- Flight schedule planning
- Shutdown and non-business as usual accommodation planning
- Flight disruption/no show management
- Utilisation and improvement reporting
- Business improvement
- Team development (cross skilling and development)
What You’ll Bring
- Skills in the use of INX SAM Suite (SAM and Workflow) is essential
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
- Intermediate level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- High level of organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills;
