Accommodation Coordinator

Seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join the team at a Blackwater Mine.

Your new company 
Our client is an industry leader in the mining sector, with several mine sites based over Queensland and New South Wales. There is currently an opportunity available to join their team as an Accommodation Coordinator.  

Your new role 
The successful applicant will provide a high level of support and coordination for all on-site worker's accommodation.
  
 The primary functions of this position will include: 

Coordination of accommodation for Blackwater site and central People Logistics team

Ownership of the site accommodation demand forecast

Drive improvements in accommodation (ie. reduction in wastage)

Document Control

Maintain accurate records

What you'll need to succeed 
To be successful in this role, you will require the following: 

Strong stakeholder management skills

Ability to problem solve and drive outcomes

Able to coordinate and multiple demands

Attention to detail

Able to analyse and reconcile data to identify gaps or improvements

Basic Microsoft excel skills

Have experience in accommodation (strong preference, but not essential)

What you'll get in return 
Resident of Blackwater would be highly regarded, or DIDO from Surround towns such as Emerald. Role is site based, working 5 days on, 2 days off, working 8:30am to 5:00pm. Immediate start is available.
