Accom Whitsunday offers a diverse range of holiday rentals across Airlie Beach and surrounding suburbs. We have enjoyed rapid growth and have many exciting growth plans for the future.
We are looking for a proactive Reservations Consultant to join our dynamic holiday letting team. This role is ideal for someone who has a knack for IT, an ability to learn new systems and can easily adapt to change.
The role will include:
- Manage booking portals and our listings
- Be proactive with maximising our owner’s income
- Ensuring we have all information for bookings before arrival
- All facets of reservations and guest liaising & communications
- Answering email and phone queries
- Responding to all reviews including portal listings
- Liaising with third-party software providers
- After-hours phone on a rotating roster
- Must hold a valid drivers licence and have own car
