Residential Property Management Position

Professionals South West is an award-winning Real Estate agency with an impressive residential rent roll between Busselton & Dunsborough.

Our portfolio requires the services of someone willing to learn Property Management. We are hoping to bring on a Property Management person who is keen to learn, experience & grow with us in our Busselton office.

Our residential rent roll that spans throughout our beautiful South West, occupied & owned by a multitude of fantastic tenants & landlords.

Day-to-day management of the portfolio, including:

• Preparation of reports, management authorities, leases, maintenance & accounts.
• Conducting routine inspections.
• Conducting final bond inspections & bond disposals.
• Coordinating the leasing of current & new properties.
• Composing property condition reports (PCR’s).

Work within an office that is all about assisting one another to get the work done! This position allows you to become part of a supportive Property Management team.

• Current West Australian Drivers License is essential.
• Exceptional customer service with a passion for satisfying the needs of our tenants & landlords.
• Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously but also be team orientated.
• Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results.

We require applicants to have a minimum skill set which includes – 

• Ability to work and co-operate effectively with a team of Property Managers.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office suite including programs such as Publisher, Excel, Outlook and Word.  
• Quality phone manner in discussions with customers
