Abode Peninsula is looking for an experienced part time Property Manager to join our established team. The position will offer the successful applicant a flexible work space and the opportunity to work a 4 day week!
With streamlined systems and sound processes in place along with ongoing training, this is a wonderful opportunity if you are looking for a new opportunity to flourish or looking for a fresh start!
We have an experienced team that support each other and are fully up to date with current practice and compliance, ensuring you will work with a clean portfolio and using all the modern applications/CRM in a paperless environment.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- An Agent Representative licence
- Minimum 3 years experience in property management.
- Current drivers licence
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- A genuine passion for the industry
- Self motivation & the ability to be able to work as part of a team
- Impeccable time management skills
- Experience using property me or similar product
- Problem solving skills
- Team player
As a Property Manager duties include, but are not limited to:
- Leasing
- Repairs & maintenance
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and various third parties
- Ingoing & outgoing condition reports
- Arrears management
- Property inspections
- VCAT hearings
- Development & growth of the existing portfolio
