Residential Manager

Located in the Geelong area, we are looking for a Residential Manager to manage the operations of a medium sized home. 

 
This highly innovative and progressive national aged care provider really have the residents care at the forefront of everything they do, all while supporting their staff. 

In this role you will manage all the clinical and non clinical running of the aged care home along with all staff associated. You will have the support of a Care Manager and all floor staff, along with all head office and roving functions.

Requirements:

• Extensive Facility/ Residential Management experience 
• Outstanding people & culture management skills
• Knowledge and hands on experience of change management 
• Experience in rostering and other HR duties
• Proven experience with accreditation standards
• Solid understanding of continuous improvement
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
