As we continue to expand and grow, we require additional like-minded motivated individuals to join our Residential Sales team. 

Please note that any entry-level role in Real Estate Sales will consist heavily of prospecting in different ways. This includes phone calls, door knocking, letterbox drops, social media and other creative ways, therefore, resilience, drive and motivation are required.

The position is full-time and will be based in The Hills area. Please note that as a part of this role, you will complete a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice which will take between 12 and 24 months. Upon successful completion, you will be able to apply for your Class 2 License in Real Estate. 

Please be advised that this position will require working on the weekends.

  • One-on-one training and support sessions with your manager 

About the prospective candidate:

  • You are energetic, keen and motivated to work in Real Estate 
  • You understand that any beginner role in Real Estate Sales will consist heavily of prospecting in different ways including phone calls, door knocking, letterbox drops, social media and other creative ways 
  • You will need to be switched on and have the ability to think on your feet
  • You will have a high level of resilience and the ability to be persistent 
  • You will have a valid Driver’s License and access to a motor vehicle  
  • You will be willing to provide proof of working rights and undertake a police check as well as a personality profile assessment
