Redstone are seeking a Facility Manager to join the team at a medium sized Aged Care provider 1 hour East of Adelaide.
Reporting to the Regional Manager and working with the onsite team, you will ensure the smooth running of the facility day to day. Your responsibilities encompass all business operations of the home as well as oversight of the clinical staff. You will be well supported by a strong Clinical Team.

- Registered Nurse with AHPRA - DIV 1
- Demonstrated leadership skills within the Aged Care industry
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI and auditing
- Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
- Genuine passion for the aged care industry
- Police clearance or willingness to undergo one
