The Resolutions Officer will manage and undertake assigned matters for dispute resolution, and assist senior officers in more complex dispute matters, including investigating matters/complaints, conducting conferences and applying alternative dispute resolution methods and processes to achieve resolution/closure of matter/complaint, and make recommendations and determinations in relation to matters.
To be successful in this position you will have substantial experience in a dispute or complaint management environment including conducting and managing dispute resolutions.

In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised position, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Future vacancies may be considered fixed term, permanent, part-time or full-time.
