RESORT DIGITAL MEDIA SUPERVISOR- EVENTSAre you our next rising star?Join our team as the Resort Digital Media Supervisor at The Star Brisbane.Our breathtaking resort, positioned at the heart of the new Queen's Wharf Brisbane precinct, will commence a staged opening in 2024, bringing a range of unique entertainment options, world class hotels, dining, bars, luxury retail, gaming and a state-of-the-art Event Centre to the river city.The Resort Digital Media Supervisor, reporting to the Resort Technical Manager, offers a unique opportunity to supervise and coordinate the look and feel, maintenance and distribution of all digital signage and large-scale LED displays across The Star Brisbane precinct.This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver thrilling customer experiences.A few of your responsibilitiesLiaise with various internal and external stakeholders to manage scheduling of all digital signage across propertyKeep up to date with current AV trends and technologyAssist with content creation, photo and video editingEnsure all Scala (Digital Content Management Platform) content is kept up to date and digital advertising is programmed as requiredProvide internal training and support to a variety of departments and stakeholdersEnsure all digital signage platforms and hardware is maintained and regularly servicedWhat we will be looking forPrevious experience in the Digital Media or AV industryTechnical certificate in audio visualUnderstanding of CMS (Content Management Systems) and IPTV SystemsExperience with audio, video, and photo editing software desirableExcellent communication skills and a team playerAbout youYou will come with experience gained within audio visual production from either an audio-visual company or within a similar role in the hospitality industry. Holding a technical certificate in audio visual, is highly desirable.
