What will you do?

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Digital Performance QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing our quality assurance (QA) steps for our clients' SEO and Google Ad campaigns. They will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, functionality, and performance of digital marketing initiatives, ultimately contributing to the success of our clients' online visibility and conversion goals.

• Timely completion of tasks with a concentrated focus on quality output.
• Quality checks across a range of digital performance solutions.
• Checking our digital performance campaigns with a fine-toothed comb, to ensure we have their goals and set up our clients for success.
• Check campaigns and complete a detailed checklist across each product.
• Quality checking of client products leaving no stone unturned, no testing incomplete and be proud to put your name on our solutions in the marketplace.
• Perform comprehensive QA testing on SEO strategies and implementations to ensure adherence to best practices and alignment with client objectives.
• Conduct thorough QA checks on Google Ad campaigns, including ad copy, targeting settings, landing page functionality, and tracking parameters.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including digital specialists, customer experience, and other departments to identify and resolve QA issues promptly.
• Maintain QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and QA reports, to track and communicate QA progress and findings.
• Act as a subject matter expert on QA best practices, tools, and methodologies within the digital marketing domain

Who are you & what will you bring?

Digital quality checking background to support and develop in an entry-level QA role encompassing product and solution reviewing, campaigns, and active problem-solving within our exceptionally busy environment. Your approach to detail within written and visual information is unsurpassed!

In addition to your experience, we consider the following attributes to be essential to succeeding in this role:

• Previous experience in a QA or closely related role – focusing on analysis and delivery of an exceptional product (favorable but not required)
• Basic knowledge or interest in digital marketing campaigns (think SEO, google ads)
• An exceptionally keen eye for detail, assessing and testing compatibility between various website themes and content.
• A collaborative spirit – you will regularly communicate with various departments within the business.
• Time Management excellence – you balance your time without comprising quality.
• Solid Team Player – you collaborate, speak up, and communicate like a pro.
