Our client is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition specialist to immediately join their expanding team. This position is a fulltime temporary role to commence immediately based in the Adelaide CBD.
Your new role
- Creating and advertising job vacancies
- Managing applications, checking application forms and ensure selection criteria is addressed.
- Co-ordination of interviews
- Conducting reference checks, visa checks and assisting with onboarding documentation
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to create strong and personable relationships
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and work towards these to achieve business outcomes.
