Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing phone calls, emails, and calendars.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and managing candidate and client databases.
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.)
- Assist in writing and posting job advertisements
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update the candidate database
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.
