Address Tempayan Bay is an Indonesian restaurant located in East Perth (6004, WA) and is currently looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager to join its team.
Tasks & responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth & efficient dining experience
• Hire, train and supervise restaurant staff including servers and kitchen staff
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Develop and manage the restaurant’s budget
Skills:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Strong understanding of restaurant management software, like POS systems and reservation systems
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach to management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Acute financial management skills, capable of budgeting, forecasting, and planning
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
Suitable candidate will receive an annual remuneration of $70,000 + superannuation.
