About Us: Our newly opened fine dining French restaurant in Surry Hills, Sydney, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. We offer affordable luxury French cuisine in a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Work cohesively within the management team, both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH)
Evolve and maintain guest experience
Forecast and control restaurant growth and wage controls
Manage guest feedback procedures
Oversee the booking system
Train and create a sequence of service
Recruit and retain wait staff
Requirements:
Experienced in overseeing the operations of an upscale French restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and quality in a bustling environment
Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role
Full-time position, must be available on weekends
Fluent English language proficiency
Report directly to Licensee and Executive Chef
Positive attitude towards customer service and teamwork
