What you'll do :
- Supervise the floor to ensure The Grounds standards and steps of service are met through all guests interactions
- Interact positively with guests promoting The Grounds facilities and services.;
- Responsibility for the opening and closing of the restaurant
- Train and monitor the staff, leading from the front
- Have responsibility for the growth of the business, all P&L's ,forecasts and budgets . Ensuring that the business is running profitably and customer service and training are second to none .
What you bring:
We are looking for someone who has at least 3 years experience in a senior management position within a fast paced, dynamic environment. Having exposure to volume is key - there is really no place like us!

Salary: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
