The Opportunity:
Restaurant Manager ($65,000 - $75,000 + super)
As the Restaurant Manager, you are the face of the business and as such your outstanding people skills are always on display. Exposure to high volume, fun casual venues is desirable. Nonetheless the fundamentals of exceptional customer experience must be imbedded and demonstrated through your previous experience.
The Candidate:
- Demonstrates a positive and customer centric attitude
- A natural leader who displays a hands on approach and deals with problems by offering practical solutions in a timely manner
- Demonstrates the ability to train, mentor, coach and develop high performing teams through outstanding communication and a willingness to hold people accountable
- Strong business acumen with proven record of achieving KPI's
