Manager Required for a newly opened restaurant in Doreen
The Manager will be responsible for meeting all of the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. The role will ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain high production productivity, quality and customer service standards.
The successful applicant should have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and have the ability to manage a team. You will need but not limited to the following:
Recruitment, training and development of staff
Work independently as well as within a team
Proficiency in English
Passion and experience for Italian food and its culture
Customer focused and well presented
Good organisational skills
Extensive food, coffee and wine knowledge
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Maintain stock levels
Liaison with kitchen staff
Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Must have a valid RSA
Apply OH and safety
Utilise food safety protocols
We are looking for a manager to join us for the long term and we will invest in developing the right candidate. You must have full working rights in Australia and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
