Address Costanza Pty Ltd is opening a new location and is looking for an amazing Restaurant Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will be able to maintain the high standard of food quality, preparation, service, safety and hygiene that distinguish our Restaurant.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the chef to develop Menus and Specials with attention to food availability;
• Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and schedule deliveries of beverage and fresh food;
• Estimating food and beverage needed based on consumption patterns;
• Monitoring food preparations and cooking techniques to ensure quality and consistency;
• Management of staff, both kitchen and floor
• Recruiting, hiring and provide training for new employees;
• Ensuring health and safety standards and policies and procedures & regulations are maintained and followed among all staff members;
• Manage the budget of the restaurant effectively.
The right candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, exceptional customer service and management skills and knowledge of Italian cuisine.
Location: Perth, Applecross, Elisabeth Quay
Salary: Average salary between $60,000 - 80,000 per year based on skills and experience
Full Time: at least 38 hours per week
