- Menu Planning: Create menu for our restaurant according to market needs varied by seasons in consultation with Chefs and Director.
- Special Meals Maintaining and Planning: Maintain popular special Chinese traditionalstyle meals for customers and adding new specials according to the customers' need.
- Raw Materials Purchasing and Food Pricing: Organize procurement of materials according to budget. Make price for menu food and meals.
- Stock Management: Monitor stock control systems to incorporate external and internal transfers. Compile reports and create statistical analysis reports for directors. Create systems to reduce stock loss through maintenance, management, and development.
- Facilities Maintaining: Make sure kitchen facilities and dining stuff comply with health requirement, ensure all the chairs and desks are put in order.
- Customer Satisfaction: Check on customer satisfaction with food and service, recording frequent questions and popular meals. Analyze ways to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Hire: Hire of kitchen and floor staff in conjunction with directors. Development of the employee handbook with close detail afforded to onsite issues.
- Training: Maintenance of Standard Operation Procedures and development of training programs to allow. Create scheduled training assessments for all levels of junior management and staff. Highlight areas in need of further development and create expansion strategies through training opportunities be it in house or externally.
- Daily Supervising and assisting: Supervising table booking, customer greeting, and order taking and assist when necessary.
- Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma is required. Or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience is required.
- Demonstrate skills and knowledge of Restaurant Manager.
