Form of workThe Award Winning Kent Town Hotel is looking for a new Restaurant Manager. Our restaurant is a la carte, with a high level of personal service and great, popular, modern Australian cuisine. It has 100 seats, an impressive and visual outdoor area plus a private room for 24.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of this most important part of our hotel. With a growing number of regular clientele and being a popular venue for group bookings, we are in need of someone that understands the importance of building long term relationships. They must be professional, caring and experienced in a level of service not expected.
The ideal candidate must understand food as well as service and must be a four corners Manager, who makes sure that all aspects of a restaurant’s operation is attended to every sitting. They must be able to coordinate a full restaurant floor team at the busiest of times and to make sure that we maintain a happy, stimulating and professional environment.
We have a solid team of dedicated staff and we are continuing to build something special here.
