Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service and high standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, scheduling shifts.
- Foster a welcoming environment, handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock to control costs.
- Create and update seasonal wine menus and cocktails.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and prepare end of day reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Implement marketing strategies, manage social media, and coordinate promotions.
Day-to-Day Operational Duties:
- Conduct daily briefings with staff.

Qualifications:
- Relevant Qualification is prefrred
