Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and positive guest experience.
- Manage and optimize staffing levels, schedules, and workflow to meet operational demands.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Service:
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
Financial Management:
- Monitor and control operational costs to meet budgetary goals.
- Implement effective inventory management and control procedures.
- Analyze financial reports and develop strategies for revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a venue/Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of financial aspects of restaurant management.
- Familiarity with restaurant software and point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
