JOB DESCRIPTION
This comes at an exciting time as we develop our dinner experiences, functions and events in addition to our signature all-day brunch in our multi-use, architecturally designed space which has become Sweetbrew’s flagship venue.
We are seeking someone who is motivated, works hard, takes pride in what they do, and considers themselves a professional in working in a dynamic multicultural venue.
Operating as a 7-day-a-week venue, you must be available to work day, evening and weekend shifts.

As a Restaurant Manager we are seeking someone who will:
· Cultivate a multicultural atmosphere and foster an inclusive environment where diverse languages flourish, creating connections with guests from all walks of life.
· Utilize your strong communication skills to lead our team effectively, ensuring seamless operations and unparalleled customer service. Includes assessing customer satisfaction, supervising staff and providing adequate training.
· Collaborate with our talented chefs to curate menus that showcase culinary traditions from around the globe.
· Showcase your expertise in event management, orchestrating unforgettable private gatherings and special occasions.
· Exercise meticulous attention to detail in managing budgets, pricing strategies, sales and operational targets and financial transactions.
· Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and health regulations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.
An applicant with a proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable, enhancing our ability to connect with an international clientele.
In addition:
Qualifications & Experience:
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across languages
- Organizational prowess and attention to detail
- Efficient resource allocation and time management
