Io e Te Pizzeria e Ristorante is now looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
Greeting guests and actively looking after table service;
Managing reservations with booking platforms such as Open Table, organising the restaurant table plan and service;
Managing daily communication with customers, promptly dealing with special requests, answering phone/emails etc;
In charge of interviewing/hiring and training front and back of house staff;
Cashing up and managing budgets, including expenditures;
Weekly roster and weekly payroll (including monitoring of weekly wages to turnover;
Cooperating with the Head Chef with new menu changes;
Stock inventory and weekly orders for beverage department;
Coordinate all the operations of the restaurant including events and special occasions;
Ensure a high level of customer service;
Ensure all guidelines for health and Safety are followed;
About you:
At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager;
Strong managerial and organisational skills;
Excellent customer service skills;
Ability to organise and manage events, functions and normal procedures of the restaurant;
Strong communication skills;
Job type: Permanent/full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
