Ishizuka has introduced Australian diners to the rarefied world of Japanese haute cuisine known as Kaiseki. The two-hatted 16-seat restaurant takes up residence underground on Bourke Street, Melbourne. Ishizuka is searching for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team. For the right candidate, an interstate relocation package is available.

- Minimum two-year management experience in fine-dining.
- Beverage knowledge required, formal qualifications preferred.
- Great attention to detail.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and service.
- Good food and wine knowledge (knowledge of Japanese cuisine or language will be a bonus).
- Thirst to learn and to continually improve.
