- Must have the ability to interview, hire, induct and train new recruits if and when required.

- Dealing with Council,Food inspectors
- Proficient Ordering, stocktaking and forecasting
- Credit Card use, nightly reporting, roster forecasting & budgeting, Managing pars of venue equipments, wine, liquor etc.
- Hold a current RSA Card,
- Have experience with suppliers across all natures of the business including, food, beverage, trades.
