Reporting to our Food & Beverage Director, to thrive in this role you will need;
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Food & Beverage Manager
- A “hands-on” leader with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A knack for motivating and developing a positive team culture
- Expertise in roster management and budget control
- Commercially savvy with a strong work ethic
- Exceptional cocktail & wine knowledge
