Restaurant Manager

Bouillon l'Entrecote has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the
team.
This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Circular Quay, NSW.About UsBouillon l'Entrecote offer classic French cuisine, an extensive wine list and French music in our
dining room every day. We pride ourselves on giving warm and knowledgeable service, an incredible
ambience and delivering a magical experience for every guest.
About the Role
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
? Maintaining service standards in our dining room by actively leading the team
? Delivering regular staff trainings for the front of house
? Conveying constant and constructive, one on one feedback to our employees
? Clear and regular communication with our Head Chef and Reservations Manager
? Inducting new employees to the venue
? Mentoring junior team members and facilitating their progression within the venue and
beyond
? Maintaining the venues presentation and standards at all times
Skills & Experience - Who we're looking for:
For this position, it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:
? Minimum Diploma qualification in Hospitality or similar field OR at least 3 years of relevant
work experience in lieu of qualifications;
? Able to efficiently manage multiple tasks within the demanding pace of a restaurant
environment while upholding quality standards;
? Possess strong problem-solving skills to swiftly address and resolve various challenges, be it
handling customer complaints, addressing kitchen mishaps, or managing staffing issues;
? At least 2 years of experience in managing venues of a similar calibre
