Description
As a Restaurant Manager for two vibrant locations in Orange and Bathurst, you will spearhead the daily operations, ensuring impeccable customer service, streamlined efficiency, and overall success. Leading a dedicated team, you will set performance standards, foster a positive work environment, and drive a culture of excellence. Your role involves building and nurturing talent, recruiting top tier team members, and cultivating a strong bench of capable managers, you will champion a safe environment, manage day to day operations, and uphold health and safety standards. Exemplifying customer-focused leadership, you will resolve issues, oversee marketing initiatives, and elevate customer experience. Taking charge of profit and loss, you will manage finances, optimise inventory, and analyse performance metrics. This position also includes a car allowance to support your mobility and effectiveness in managing both locations.
Profile
The ideal candidate for the Restaurant Manager position will have demonstrated management experience in retail or hospitality, showcasing proficiency in overseeing daily operation, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement are paramount.
- Essential: Minimum 2 years of prior management experience in a retail or hospitality setting.
- Essential: Valid drivers License required to fulfill the mobility demands of managing two locations effectively.
