-  Reputed restaurant- Mr Kebab Busselton (Halal);

-  Excellent salary package of $71 K plus super.

Reporting to Owner, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

-  Operation of the Restaurant’s marketing strategies & promotion of the Restaurant’s brand name;

-  Building relationship with existing and potential customers, coordination, booking and setup client parties/special functions; Social events

-  Communicate with suppliers and other third parties and ensure goods are supplied within the standard specified. Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.

-  Managing training & monitoring compliance with SOP, OHSC regulations.

-  Managing records, sales/ expenses reports at the end of the shifts and planning sales level & profitability of the Restaurant;

-  Managing front Counter and supervising front & Kitchen staffs and ensuring a consistently high level of service;

-  Planning and co-ordinating menus with owner & Chef  and advising customers on menu; and

-  Ensuring office equipment, high standards of quality control, hygiene and health & safety are maintained.

- Prepare the roaster for staff

- Liaise with accountant to provide timesheet and BAS and the financial statements

- Preparation of Budgets and variance analysis of the shop and management reports

- Meeting with staff, customers, suppliers to resolve any disagreement,

- making reservation, greeting guests and assisting in taking orders of food and drinks

- Pricing and cost analysis of the products.
