About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to manage one of our existing venues working hand-in-hand with the Area Manager. As the Restaurant Manager you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant.
The position involves:
- Manage and supervise the entire restaurant team – all-rounders (approximately 10 -15 team members).
- Assisting in building sales through great customer experience and achieve KPI`s.
- Managing weekly orders.
- Managing to create detailed reports on weekly, monthly expenses & maintain target COGS budget via inventory/ stock-management.
- Assisting in training and retaining team members, organising rosters via TANDA and labour cost management.
- Assist in restaurant equipment maintenance issues.
- Appraise staff performance and maintain a positive and fun culture.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and occupational health and safety regulations.
To be successful in this position you need:
- Dynamic, passionate and must enjoy working with people and take up a challenge.
- Excellent customer service and fantastic interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience leading a team within a busy, high volume hospitality environment.
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
- Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability.
- Love and passion for Asian Food & hospitality industry.
