About the role.
As the Restaurant Manager you will enjoy being the face of the restaurant, leading your team by example. You will be supported by the Assistant Managers and the Beverage team to ensure a great customer experience. The restaurant possesses a hat therefore the expectations of service and professionalism are high. You will be responsible for the financial and operational success of the restaurant.

Skills & Experience.
We are ideally looking for a confident and professional manager with experience leading high end dining rooms. We are looking for a manager who leads their team by example in a positive manner and someone who thrives an executing great customer service. Ideally you will have 2 to 3 years restaurant management experience.
