An exciting opportunity has come up - Lee Ho Fook is looking for a Restaurant Manager.
Lee Ho Fook Duckboard Place is Victor Liong’s award winning, hatted restaurant located in Melbourne’s iconic Flinders Lane dining precinct. Offering A la carte and degustation menu dining for dinner, an innovative and dynamic all Australian wine list, Lee Ho Fook prides itself on delivering highly refined modernist Chinese cuisine delivered by knowledgeable, professional staff. Along with the intimate upstairs dining room, Lee Ho Fook’s Chefs Counter overlooking the kitchen provides guests with a more immersive dining experience.
Lee Ho Fook is open for Dinner Monday – Saturday.
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a premium dining room that is taking over the reign of our small and professional team.
The ideal candidate must have:
Demonstrated experience in a premium dining environment
Exceptional service skills and guest focus
Adaptable and able to work under pressure
A highly personable and professional personality
A passion for food and a working knowledge of wine service (we will provide ongoing opportunities for growth and development)
A hands-on approach, willing to learn, and to share your knowledge with the team
The Role comprises of the following duties
Maximising customer satisfaction and responding to customer complaints
Creating schedules
Tracking employee work hours and recording payroll data
Ensuring all cash-outs are completed correctly at the end of the day
Maintaining safety and food quality standards
Managing inventory
Create reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
