Requirements / Job role expectations 

• Experience in floor/kitchen management, leading a service; executing 100% standards around quality, service and cleanliness
• Sensibilities around managing food and wage costs on shift
• Willingness to develop and spearhead local area marketing campaigns  
• Understand the importance of pre-shifts, peak hours, non-peak hours and pre-close procedures
• Confidence in giving team feedback and consistent coaching
• Ability to help roll out national marketing campaigns
• Have a flair for customer service and engagement, more importantly though, being able to coach your team the same high standards
• Ability to roll with the punches and apply a can do approach when faced with problems
• Have confidence, character and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• We are looking for an experienced superstar to join our team - preferably 3+ years' experience.
