As a Restaurant Manager, you will run the business as your own. You will be responsible for all the financial, rostering, hiring, training and managing of the floor, but all with supportive upper management.
Who are you?If this sounds like a role for you, you will possess high energy, flexibility and the ability to operate autonomously within our structure. Ideally, you should have at least three years' experience as a leader/manager in a restaurant.
You’ll be able to show that you have a proven track record in achieving KPIs and leading high-performing teams with strong interpersonal skills, whilst demonstrating your ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
