Restaurant Manager

Al Aseel is 22 years young, developed upon our love for food, service, family, sharing and fun.  

The Al Aseel group continues to evolve and grow, with six Al Aseel restaurants in NSW. In conjunction with this, a production kitchen in Greenacre with an incredible catering offering for corporate and private events- servicing clients in the retail, airline and government industries.  

We are now recruiting a natural-born leader to embrace and activate their team through a strong training culture and provide an outstanding experience for our guests for our Parramatta venue.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will run the business as your own. You will be responsible for all the financial, rostering, hiring, training and managing of the floor, but all with supportive upper management. 

If this sounds like a role for you, you will possess high energy, flexibility and the ability to operate autonomously within our structure. Ideally, you should have at least three years' experience as a leader/manager in a restaurant. 

You’ll be able to show that you have a proven track record in achieving KPIs and leading high-performing teams with strong interpersonal skills, whilst demonstrating your ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
