Restaurant Manager

Mei Jing Chinese Restaurant in Mandurah is looking for a Restaurant Manager.

Salary: $70,000

Full Time Position

Selection criteria: 

1. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. 

2. AQF Diploma in Hospitality or in a related field. 

3. At least 2 years post-qualification experience as Restaurant Manager.

4. 2 years Australian work experience as Restaurant Manager.

5. Vocational English. 

Main duties:

• Planning menus; 
• Planning and organising special functions; 
• Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget;
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions; 
• Ensuring dining facilities comply with health and safety regulations and are appealing to customers; 
• Building and maintaining customer relationships;
• Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff.
