As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.

- Maintain accurate records, including timesheets and administrative tasks as required.
- Uphold the venue's commitment to excellence in customer service, ensuring adherence to the sequence of service and standards of operation.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager with a la carte service.
- Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to management.
- Experience in event execution and coordination.
- Proficiency in administration tasks, including timesheets and reporting.
- Passion for hospitality.
- Knowledge of booking platforms and experience managing bookings for a multilevel venue.
- Understanding of sequence of service and commitment to upholding high standards.
- Valid driver's licence and access to own vehicle.
- Wine knowledge and experience managing beverage programs is preferred.
