Bistro Thierry is a fast paced, busy French Restaurant having been located in Toorak for 23 years.
Bistro Thierry is currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a permanent, full time position.
The appropriate candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Restaurant managerial role undertaking the duties set out below. The successful applicant is required to have an exemplary knowledge of French cuisine and wine.
As we are a French restaurant with the specific aim of providing our customers with the total French experience, a working knowledge of the French language is also a necessity. He/She will be required to work flexible hours on a rotational roster.
Duties will include, but not restricted to:
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Producing staff rosters
• Managing budgets
• Overseeing stock levels
• Ordering supplies
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety regulations.
Excellent conditions and remuneration are available for the experienced candidate. Salary: $70,000 - $75,000.
