A unique opportunity exists for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager at the Kimberley Sands Resort, which is nestled amongst the beachside dunes just minutes from the turquoise waters and white sands of famous Cable Beach. The resort in one of WA’s most iconic tourist towns is surrounded by the tranquility of tropical gardens and captures the essence of Broome with its stunning design and luxury facilities.

Role 

As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead and motivate our dedicated staff to create memorable moments for our guests. Your responsibilities will include driving sales growth, maintaining impeccable restaurant standards, and upholding our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage rostering, recruitment, and inventory management.
• Navigate restaurant compliance requirements efficiently.
• Oversee profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
• Nurture and develop the potential of our team members.
• Engage with the local community to make a positive impact beyond our walls.

• Substantial leadership experience in a 5 star hospitality environment.
• Excellent wine knowledge 
• Proven track record of fostering high-performing and engaged teams.
• Strong budget management and sales growth skills.
