The Group is seeking a part-time (3 days a week) creative Marketing Manager with a passion of food, beverage and hospitality to oversee all aspects of its marketing activity.
Main Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Venue Managers to create tailored marketing plans across all relevant venues
- ensuring that marketing activity is effective, collaborative and implemented correctly
- Work closely with department leaders to identify proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business challenges across the venues
- Work with our third party partners to execute marketing requirements as required including PR agency, third party creative partners, merchandise and production partners
- Manage and report on campaign activities, ensuring activity meets agreed KPIs and budget parameters
- Develop and implement agreed processes and procedures to streamline workflow, drive productivity and ensure the diverse output required from the team can be delivered in the most effective and efficient way
- Develop and nurture professional relationships within the industry, including media partners, industry bodies and KOLs
- Ensure the marketing team is seen as a supportive, collaborative and effective business partner to all venues
Skills & Experience
- A degree in Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role (hospitality experience desired but not essential)
- Experience using Microsoft applications, website content management systems, EDM creation and social media management systems in particular Facebook Business Ads Manager to manage posts
- Proven experience creating high quality written and visual promotional content
- Experience liaising with multiple departments and managers
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to multi task and prioritise
- Ability to work autonomously
This position is based at Kings Park with free parking and access to public transport and will suit a person looking for part-time employment, 3 days a week.
